Tell me about your role at Radarblock.
I cofounded Radarblock in December 2022 and ran it through September 2025. We built it into one of the top Web3 growth agencies in the space — 60+ protocols served, $1.5M ARR, team of 30+ across 17 countries. I was the operating cofounder. That meant I owned the entire go-to-market engine: pitch decks, proposals, competitive positioning, the five-workstream methodology we used across every client (onboarding, narrative workshops, market analysis, execution, and reporting). I also organized GrowthRadar at TOKEN2049 Singapore (764 attendees) and AI Block Summit (1,496 attendees). Clients included Polygon, Linea, Avail, Vana, Socket, PIN AI, Symbiotic, Kite AI, Covalent, and more.
What were the key achievements?
The numbers tell the story: we onboarded 1.8M+ users for PIN AI through their TG mini-app, grew Kite AI's community to 300K+ from scratch, built Symbiotic's Discord to 230K+ members, helped Vana hit $3B peak FDV and 1.3M users, delivered 3M+ impressions for Avail's TGE, and secured a $200K ARB STIP grant for Good Entry. We built and managed a KOL network with 10.9M+ cumulative reach across 100+ creators. My operating philosophy was always reputation over revenue — every campaign had to actually move the needle for the protocol, not just look good on a report.
