$200K ARB STIP grant secured
How did you secure the $200K ARB STIP grant?
This was for Good Entry on Arbitrum. I led the full proposal strategy end to end — engaging 50+ delegates who collectively had 100M+ $ARB delegated, building relationships with governance participants, and crafting a detailed proposal with clear growth KPIs and distribution mechanics. The $200K came through Arbitrum's Short-Term Incentive Program (STIP), and it passed with 93% votes and 174M delegate ARB support from heavyweights like GMX, Socket, Galxe, Sushi, and Camelot. Getting it required understanding on-chain governance dynamics, not just writing a good doc.
What was the impact of the grant?
The growth campaigns we ran off that grant contributed directly to Good Entry raising $1.5M on Camelot in under one minute at launch, with the token hitting 3x its initial valuation immediately. I also built a proprietary KOL engagement tracker during this engagement that measured cost per value and cross-engagement rates — we ran a 4M+ impression campaign over two quarters across 20 KOLs, driving a 165% increase in impressions, 95.2% increase in profile clicks, and 88.8% follower growth. The grant wasn't just about the capital; it proved we could navigate on-chain governance and translate that into real growth outcomes.
